01 · Whole staffBy schedule

Group sessions.

Whole- or half-day large group sessions focused on a Level 1: Basics of Orton-Gillingham or Level 2: The Science of Reading, In Depth. This is your chance to align your entire staff on the Science of Reading best practices and multi-sensory instruction, to ensure all students receive the instruction they need to be successful.

04 · Small groupBy schedule

Small-group sessions.

Intimate, focused working sessions with up to 15 teachers around a specific topic or student cohort. Ideal for grade-level teams mid-year.

05 · Observation5–8 teachers / day

Informal observations.

Your teachers' chance to practice and get feedback on their lessons — without the weight of formal evaluation. Warm, specific, actionable.

06 · EvaluationBy schedule

Formal fidelity check.

Experts observe teachers' lessons and provide fidelity scores to indicate adherence to best practices and procedures — the instrument schools need for coaching cycles and reporting.
